1. General

This privacy policy ("Policy") applies to your use of the website operated by STREKO Dev ("Company", "we", "our") and to completing contact forms, registering for services, or reaching us via WhatsApp, email, or phone.

The Policy governs how we collect, use, store, and protect information in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 ("Privacy Law") and regulations thereunder, and where relevant — with European regulatory principles (GDPR) for visitors from abroad.

Use of the website constitutes acceptance of this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not submit personal details.

2. Data Controller (Database Owner)

Database owner: STREKO Dev.

Privacy inquiries: talhaimyanay@gmail.com or by phone at 050-2010330.

3. Information We Collect

Information you provide voluntarily: full name, phone number, email address, message content (if included), and any additional details you choose to submit in a form or inquiry.

Automatic technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, access times, referral source (Referrer) — via cookies, server logs, or analytics tools (where enabled).

We do not intentionally collect sensitive information (such as health data, religion, or family status) unless you provide it voluntarily and it is required for the service.

4. Purposes of Use

Contact and responding to inquiries — including quotes, scheduling meetings, and providing information about website development, hosting, and cloud management services.

Providing services, managing contracts, billing, technical support, and website maintenance for existing clients.

Improving the website, securing systems, preventing fraud and misuse.

Direct marketing — only with your explicit consent and subject to your right to opt out of mailing lists at any time.

Compliance with legal requirements, court orders, or authorized authorities.

5. Legal Basis for Processing (EU Visitors)

Steps prior to entering a contract or performance of a contract — handling inquiries and providing services.

Consent — for newsletters, non-essential cookies, or providing information beyond what is required.

Legitimate interest — securing the website, improving user experience, and reasonable business management.

Legal obligation — retaining records for tax, employment law, or regulatory purposes.

6. Disclosure to Third Parties

We may share information with essential infrastructure providers for operating the website and services, including: Vercel (hosting and deployment), email providers, CRM, analytics, and payment providers — only to the extent required and subject to confidentiality and data protection obligations.

We will not sell your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Information may be disclosed if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

7. Transfer of Information Outside Israel

Some providers (e.g., Vercel) may store information on servers outside Israel. In such cases, we ensure accepted safeguards — such as standard contractual terms, approval from the Privacy Protection Authority, or your consent — in accordance with applicable law.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The website may use essential cookies for operation (session, security, preferences) and analytical/marketing cookies — only after consent where required.

Cookies can be managed or deleted through browser settings; blocking cookies may affect the user experience.

9. Retention Period

Inquiries that did not lead to a contract — up to 24 months from the date of the last inquiry, unless longer retention is required for dispute or legal purposes.

Active client information — for the duration of the engagement and up to 7 years after it ends for accounting, tax, and claims purposes, unless the law requires otherwise.

Technical logs — typically up to 12 months.

10. Information Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures: traffic encryption (SSL/TLS), access controls, backups, and secure cloud provider infrastructure.

No network security is absolute; we cannot guarantee complete immunity from breach or unauthorized access.

11. Your Rights

Under the Privacy Law, you may have the right to review information, request correction or deletion, and object to use for direct mailing.

For EU visitors — additional rights include restricting processing, data portability (in certain cases), and filing a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise your rights: talhaimyanay@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with the law.

12. Minors

The website and services are not intended for minors under 18. If we learn that information was collected from a minor without parental consent, we will act to delete it.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The date of the last update will appear at the top of the page. Material changes will be published on the website; continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated version, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Website Accessibility

We work to make the website accessible in accordance with Israeli Standard 5568. For details on accessibility level, accessibility coordinator, and contact methods — see our accessibility statement at /accessibility.
